What the Alphard is best for
The Alphard fits more situations than any other car in our fleet. It is the usual choice for a family of four or five arriving at Changi with suitcases, for hotel pickups to the cruise terminals, and for wedding days where the bride needs room for her dress. Groups of friends heading to a concert or a dinner book it too. It is also a common choice for trips into Johor Bahru, because the same comfortable car stays with you through the checkpoint.
Alphard or Vellfire: is there a difference?
The Toyota Alphard and Vellfire are closely related MPVs with similar cabins, seating and luggage space. For booking purposes we treat them as the same class, with the same seats, bags and fares. If you have a strong preference for one, tell us when you book and we will let you know what is available for your date. For most trips, the difference is only in the styling of the front of the car.

Can six adults ride in the Alphard with luggage?
Six adults fit for a short trip, but luggage space shrinks when every seat is used. For six adults with several large cases, we usually suggest the Mercedes V-Class or the 13-seater minibus. Tell us your bag count and we will advise.
Is the Alphard a good wedding car?
Yes. The sliding doors and roomy cabin make it easy for a bride in a full gown, and there is space for a bridesmaid or photographer. Many couples pair it with an S-Class for the couple themselves.
Can I fit a pram and a child seat in the Alphard?
Usually yes. A folded pram goes in the boot alongside a few cases, and we fit the booster or infant seat before pickup. Tell us the number of suitcases too, so we can confirm everything fits.
Can I book the Alphard for a trip to JB?
Yes. The Alphard is one of the most popular cars for Johor Bahru, Legoland and Desaru trips. The trip is arranged with the required cross-border permits, and passengers clear immigration with their own passports.
