When you book or message us, we collect your name, mobile number, email, pick-up and drop-off details, flight number and any notes you give us.

Only to quote, arrange and carry out your trip, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data.

Who sees it
Our booking team and the chauffeur assigned to your trip. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms.

How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for the trip, accounting and any follow-up, then deleted.
